Kama Summer is already at Bond level 6, which I took advantage of to choose the 2nd Append Skill.

And since I had enough materials to increase the 2nd Append Skill, I was able to reach level 10 of the 2nd Append Skill.

Now I have to continue using Kama Summer to get to Bond level 10, to get CE Bond.
