2nd servant welfare of RULER?

Do you think only 2 RULER welfares have been done if so sadly you're wrong there have been 3 Samba Santa Quetz, Da Vinci Summer Lily and now Iyo. If you knew that and this is just your second well Samba will be coming back during the evocation festival next year if I remember right.

@Aoko-chan I understand perfectly that there are 3 Ruler Welfare, but for me, Iyo is the 2nd Ruler Welfare that I have, but Da Vinci Summer was the first one that I received and I think it is very important because of Moon Cancers, but it's ok that it works with Berserker, but it's effective with each other.

I've never owned an SRR Ruler, but yes Quetzalcoatl Samba will be out at the Evocation Festival.
