ALL the comps showed in this video are BETTER than the standard Melusine buster looping comp (either frontline only, no double support or lower party cost): I just had to put this out of the way from the beginning, since I don’t like brainless buster farming.
With that said, Melusine is still the MVP for this node, mainly for her ability to swap between ST and AoE NP, on top of her absurd charge skills (yeah, both of them). Don’t sleep on Eresh though, since she has the best damage in wave 3 and so she pairs perfectly with Melusine. Lartoria, Morgan and Romulus can work too, but you must have given them a lot of love (NP levels &/or grails).
Among Arts lancers, Percival is definitely the winner this time, given his lower cost, high damage & amazing refund: you can see that I checked for both Ryoma and Vritra but I didn’t give numbers for summer Melt, mainly because her damage is extremely low in wave 3 and she doesn’t work very well in multi-core (she can still work though, at very high NP levels). Fionn who?
For secondary DPS, once again Oberon is the best choice (frontline only comps), but you’ll need at least one NP2 copy to farm consistently (yours or from supports). Faker can use her NP two times to help with damage in wave 3, while LoliVinci & Abigail can clear room 1 and help the primary DPS with both damage & refund.
PS: Karna’s sad tale at 06:33 match the previous Arjuna’s sad tale from yesterday (25% NP charge skill perks).
EDIT: jokes aside Fionn can loop too with double Castoria & Oberon, he just need his append unlocked (unlike Percival) and Castoria NP to help him with damage.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- 1) These Hunting Quests give higher Bond Points than usual, so using your Teapods is advised
- 2) Hunting Quests use Event supports, so be a good friend and setup your supports with Bond/QP bonus CEs or with the corresponding Materials Drop Bonus CEs
