If you corner BB in the lower right dead end with a rider, Melt and Lip will never move. This is the only way I got all the chests. Not sure if you can corner her with other classes or a different location for the same result.

@DeltaBladeX, congrats! That time it was quite hard to so... I managed to do collet all chests from some number of tries, but atleast I got them all...
