Okay, but don't forget that:

1. For her he is support and not damage dealer since she will steal stars from him unlike with saberlot.

2. You will need to lore (max) his 2nd skill or you'll have chances to not to get his 3rd skill's star generation and crit damage buffs.

I know, But my luck is pretty good with skills, lvl.9 should suffice.

(I can back this that Fran's Stun on her 2nd skill almost always lands despite being Lvl.1)
