Well, random chance aside (like Iabaraki on Caster Shuten's NP), I can only think of Saber Artoria's special attack animation (I think if you use all Buster cards, her extra looks different)

I guess I can check that later.

It was added with the recent animation update so no others right now, but sounds like there might be plans to add more.
