I'm only using the ones I want to use or need the bond CE from. That is why only 9 of my 1* and 2* servants are at least bond 6.

That's the reason I never bond my low star servants (unless I'm actually using them). The only ones I have at bond 10+ are bunyan, Spartacus, Arash, paracelsus and cu caster (and angra if you want to count him). Chen Gong is 9. 7 are bond 6 and the rest are 5. Primarily, I bond limited/story locked NP1 SRs to 10 to get their appends unlocked, permanent NP2 SRs to 9 to unlock appends. Still have a backlog of those, so that will still take a while to finish, and the ones with bond bonus during events.

You should bond servants that has good bond CE (Chen Gong, Mozart, Bunyan, Georgios, etc).

I'm already got a bond crew and plans on who to bond up

Hans bond CE is quite good. I used it against Woodwose at LB 6, and he sometimes can guard the stun and charm from Woodwose.

You mean you don't have bond 10 Jason? Blasphemy.

Funny enough, I am currently using Jason to daily farm as my Q and B farmers are max bond and I just got Castoria.
