Yeah so once again there's that one person who's not helful in the slightest that still thinks they know better...

Anyway, my game didn't upload the Epilogue, that's why I couldn't find it anywhere.

Closing and reopening finally displayed the quest and let me do it

Maybe you just don't finish the Tunguska event, so that's why you can't find the epilogue. Otherwise it's literally here.
