Well, can't actually say you what to do, but... allow me to point on the fact that they both have a fair bit of utlility and it's even not interchangeable, so in my opinions it won't hurt to have both. But, if you have higher priority targets, than do what you do!

Eh, about that... I didn't used my lores from this event (I still didn't even get them, lol) as like as all my lores... I still have 6 of them... and too many targets with equal priorty to make my choise too hard...
Well, just in case I'll say this you don't need Skadi to loop with Zerkerlot (I mean it's what I've do already for a some time), but... I guess in your case it's no sense for me to say this since iirc you don't have Oberon, so... I guess that choise makes sense...

Just replace Sith with Zerkerlot and add plugsuit Oberon and that would be my current farming team (well, not for a long time since bonds 10 soon for both Lancelot and Altria, but that's is), lol... but as supports for him in boss fights I'll just bring Merlin and Georgios becase in that context they work better...

Well, when I see saber boss I just check if they're weak to Enuma Elish and then bring Gilgamesh with Merlin regardless... may be back uped by David cause of 1 time party evade is 1 time party evade, yeah, I mean that.
But if discard the point that "why I do need other archer when X kills every saber I fights with?", than I would say that there is still a few reasons to rise her. As I already said to WaryWolfy she have a fair amount of utility... and I guess it's even a lie. Her full kit is built to prevent bosses from killing your party with NP. I mean it. She can posypone enemy's NP using for 2 turn and allow your party to survive it if it doesn't have true strike built on it. So I guess there still is reasons to bring her in boss fights even not against sabers if you need to survive something.
