I have also received 4 Interludes but I don't have those 4 Servants, or the game is giving 4 Interludes to those who don't have 4 Servants as part of the celebration of the launch of the Fate/Samurai Remant game.

It is doing this. The servants from the game have free access to their Interludes for the next week. The first reply in this forum post stated as much.

Count towards that extra 10 SQ from completing every 10 Interludes. Double win
