I always like finding good setups for servants considered to be bad loopers. I've experimented with cat before because I always though she was better than lots of people say. Once summer skadi comes she can do quite a strong wave 3 even with cherry icicle as long as it's not against assassins or berserkers. Even with mine without max skills and only np2 at lv 80. No double summer skadi for me because I don't have/won't be rolling for Oberon. I will be getting summer skadi though and already have og skadi.

And yeah, nice setup, luckily we have other stuff that loops nicely on Assassin/zerk.
I am always on the lookout for stuff that will make looping with Cat easier. I have several setups which I will one day compile once I have all the components.
Some things that help below.
The Attire MC in specific is really nice as it actually lets you loop with Cat without using plugsuit, although it only works on Casters or undead, but hey. You need 100% start charge and two Skadi (preferably Summer, but normal + bond CE works)
