Tesla is pretty much better overall, and is story locked unlike Napoleon. If you have to pick one of those two, Tesla is the only one to pick.

@DeltaBladeX yeah ik, im just trying to find a way to choose between my wants and my needs so yeah. Tesla is overall the better one but I've always wanted Napoleon since he came out but I haven't got him yet.
