GamePress's tierlist is a freakin' joke, let's be real

GG list is more like pokemon tier list, it's not how useful a servant is, but how used it is.

The only people who take that dogshit seriously are the people who made it

I miss cirnopedias tierlist. It was the only reliable one.

I mean, it's fairly accurate based on experience, you just need to be aware it's a reference rather then "this is junk, this is broken".

For example, atm, Summer Abby is at the bottom, while Castoria is at the top. Castoria is pretty much autopilot, amazing in CQs and not even to mention farming support, while with Abby, you really need to put some effort into making her work, especially with NP1 (I would personally say she's the Phantom of SSR, far from unusable, just doesn't work well out of the box).

Everything in between is relative to those two points.

Generally speaking tho, FGO has only 3 tiers:

• Really Good

• Good

• Usable

The thing about GP'S tierlist thats actual dogshit is that they seem to place an extremely heavy emphasis on a servant's ability to farm or the ability to support farming (eg: spish in ex-, a servant that is otherwise irrelevant if looping didnt exist). Which is fair because 90% of the game IS farming. But then the rest of their tierlist does not conform to that standard, because by that standard, any servant that is not a farmer should be trash. Kama is NOT a farmer. Ex- tier regardless. And Kama is just one example. Basically any servant with no charge support or is ST should be E tier but they arent.

Other inconsistencies exist like how they placed summer Yu mei ren in A+ because she can hit men, but so can Artemis and Euryale. Who are not in A+.

And there's just some things that are just wack as fuck. Like Douman in A+. I don't even know anyone that rolled for him, much less anyone that actually uses him. In fact, I dont even think a single person on my FL has Douman in their support.

And you just CANNOT sit here and tell me that they put Paracelsus in the same tier as S. Orion and Muramasa. Whatever weed they were smoking when they made this 100%, 1000% must have been laced with somethimg else.

Hmm...I feel like I'm getting called out here

Their tier list is wildly inconsistent. There's rarely a consensus between the group of people voting in it. There are even examples when one gives a servant an A and someone else gives them a D. Because of this, meta supports are the only ones who ever seem to get EX. So I'd say EX-.

@Astolfø (you have no idea how hard it is to tag you given how many Astolfos there are lol) I don't really see a problem with Kama, she is in my "really good" category, so going by their system, is somewhere between A and EX.

Yu has a targetable NP Charge in addition to a steroid and survival, so she is a bit of a cut above the rest, and funny enough, Artemis is lower tiered because Euryale exists lol (even tho they cover different grounds). That said, I wouldn't go above A- going by their system since it sells the rest short, but close enough, hence why I say, it works as a reference.

Douman is a lot of fun, allows for shenanigans, can't say much about where to put him, but he does have a 80% battery, so that coupled with his other effects is at least B+ imo.

As for Paracelsus, they probably made the list based on the rarity (as they have seperate 1-3, 4 an 5 servant lists), so going by the 1-3 system, he is a really useful servant, especially to those that lack Castoria. It's when you overlap all the tier lists you see that he kinda mixes in with the REALLY good ones.

What??? Douman is amazing. And...god tier husbando. I use him all the time in farming and boss fights.
