In my belief, Zabaniya is an angel. They are the angels who tormenters sinners at hell. They are further called "angels of punishment", the "Guardians of Hell", "wardens of hell", "angels of hell", etc. They also works together with the Angel of Death, Azrael, so I guess it's quite good?
