Like any gacha, just jump in, roll the gacha and hope for the best. As a general pool servant, you can get her at any time, just with very low chances. I've been playing for two and a half years, and got my first copy of her last month, and I'm still missing many other general pool servants. A rate up banner would help, but not sure when she next gets one.

Along with the general pool, this game has two other types of servants, Story Lock and Limited. Story Lock requires either a certain level of progress, at which point they can be summoned from the Story Banner with the same chances as any general pool summons, or you can wait for a rate up banner for them, which does not require the story progress. The last time, Limited, is most difficult to get. They only appear in rate up banners, and are unavailable the rest of the time.

I can always lend you mine until you get your own. I have a relatively strong one.

There is a support system in game where you essentially borrow other master's servants.

It can be a bit hard to get people to add you as a friend early on and it's also when you most need them, so here is mine 083,325,188. While I don't have a Medusa Lily on my supports I do have quite a few things that should be able to help you clear content. If it says it's full try again later as I get friend requests rather quickly and you can only have 20 requests at a time, also hope you have fun with the game.
