@Otakon7 that it's a sad excuse to justify it? Like, if you create a character that is young-looking, but actually way older than the appearance would suggest, fine. But don't use this as an excuse to overly sexualize the character.
@ZeOmega Well I was talking about it in the anime/manga genre, more than in the entire videogame genre.
Like, I'm not saying "sexualizing people is bad". I know this is a game, and in games which are not reality, you can tweak things a little, be more sexual or gory than average. My point was about the hyper-sexualization, 90% of the time being female focused, in the anime/manga genre. And in the case of this game, being 7 years so far, how it's often pointless (and IMO, tasteless), and an obvious cashgrab.
But to answer your question, I'd have to admit I never gave it much thought. Maybe I've never given it any thoughts, maybe I've always played games were the "murders" are always "justified" in terms of storytelling? IDK, I'll have to think about it. But I also don't think I've played a game were murder was EVERYWHERE, and passing as "it's the normal thing to do"/"It's just like that, so don't think about it" Like, in FGO, I think there's LESS girls/women who have no Ascension were they are in their panties/underwear, than the contrary.
