The Prisma Event had nothing to do with Prisma's main story, so it would probably feel convoluted

You know that's not such a bad idea though I don't know about a low-rarity Illya. If anything, Beatrice should be the limited 3-star Berserker.

But I'd like a Prisma Illya-inspired event to coincide with the release of the film... or maybe after the film's release as a side story.
