I am also stuck on infinite connecting screen

All was fine before update

Now I think there really is a problem for everybody cause that's a lot a people having the same issue

Okay, so I was told to change my phone language to Japanese and it miraculously works!

Apparently the devs know about this issue.

Definitely just device or connection issue.

My phone is in chinese and i had no loading screen. It's probably due to the recap video overloading certain devices.

Unfortunately, not related to internet connection, as it turns out, there is a bug in the game. Connection was the first thing to try and solve.

Well mines didn’t had any issue.

They probably fixed the bug before i even log in.

I deleted and reinstalled the game and thankfully it worked.
