@Iczer9 , I'm not sure is it because of rate-up or not, but she spooked me in Gilgamesh's banner. It was hurts because I didn't get him that time. At least I got him later... but now I don't have use from Medusa since I got Jeanne, but at least she is cool.

@Kama=waifu , maybe, but what is spook? It's when you got servant that you're not planing to get and can't expect this because of no rate up? In this case any servants from story gacha isn't spooks because there're no rate ups, so you can expect getting random servant from list, but I've seen that someone was calling it "spooks". So why in this case I can't say like that about servant that I didn't planned to get (I rolled on this banner because of Gilgamesh)? Where is my mistake?

@Wasadar4 All the times I rolled for her it was on her rate-up.

Then I guess it's bad luck and nothing else. Sad that it's bad, but good that it's not that hard to get her.

In any luck u can get her randomly on story banner

If you have completed all of the main quest on NA, your chance of summoning a specific 4* on the story banner is 0.04838709677 which is around 4 times higher than Angry Mango's summon rate.
