Since OP did not specified whether for farming or CQ or regular gimmicky content, i am gonna boldly assumed that he's referring to their overall gameplay performance.

And the top choice should be none other than: Taisui. His farming capabilities covering multiple classes, has been the MVP for at least two recent CQs: Daikokuten and Hakkenden, and his curse stack gimmick ignores class disadvantages.

@JoAlter yes, I was referring to the traditional farming system on the 3-3-3 enemy waves. Taisui rocks, and ever since he made his debut on FGO JP, personally I’m no longer interested in OG Kiara. On ur CQ notes, I’ve never tried Taisui myself (tho I’ve seen popular FGO masters utilizing him as DPS for couple CQs on YT like u mentioned). I’m not sure how the others think of Taisui, but to me he totally deserves being coronated as the best of curse-inducing servants (possibly even above Douman & Dark Koyan in terms of mass curse stacking).
