Regarding your lost account, you can try to recover it. Send an email to the FGO US Support and they'll be asking you many questions regarding your lost Account. For example Transfer IDs, Birthdate, Recent Summoned Servants, Gold Servants, Paid Quartz, Quartz Purchase Receipt, etc.
I hope you'll succeed in getting the lost account back!
And remember: Always generate a new Transfer ID and store it safely somewhere and in multiple places in case you lose.
