Maybe because it's feels like "Story banner + Summer Servants" With no difference at rate up at all. All 5* servants has shared 5* rate up, and so on, so it's really hard to get the specific SR or SSR. Not to mention other banners are coming, like Anniversary banner, Ooku rerun banner, SERAPH Banner with KingProtea, Melt, Passionlip, etc, and also Summer 5 banner with Summer Kiara and Summer Abigail. In short, the banner has no real good meaning and also there are many better banner that comes shortly after this banner ended.

So if someone desperately wanted summer BB and shes here but has no more banners unless you a scrub that pays for lucky bag, this banner is not worth it?

For context, rate up 5 stars are at 0.8% and rate up 4 stars are at 1.5% if they’re not on a split rate up. The chances get shot down many times over for getting someone you want.
