For me journey to the west was by far the worst event I've ever played in this game. It's the only event I didn't clear the shop in, and also the only event I didn't MLB the event CE other than the first event I ever played where I didnt understand the importance of MLB CEs. The ones I'd like to play are basically any ones with welfares I missed.

I miss the event that one could get shiki assassin but didn't do it cause I didn't understand events so I thought I would get her only during the event and lose her when the event ended no matter what I would do so I said screw it and didn't do it was only until the Prisma illya event that. I found out it doesnt work like that

I guess the first Valentine event, sure it's not a big deal, but it's the only event where I miss the whole story and rewards. Damn you depression >_>,

For me, the first couple of events with welfare servants: The swimsuit Shishou, Rider Kintoki, Caster Irisviel, Assassin Shiki(need 3 copies more for np5) and the Santa Artoria Alter.

edit: also those event only CE's, missed a lot of it.

And some events with (some limited)welfare servants must have an event rerun(ultra light version like that Bathory event last year) for their Servant Coins distribution.

@Papo Hernandez yeah that event confused me a lot in JP back then when there's no next enemy target mark to complete a mission. Even on the rerun version. I only manage to get 2 copies of Shiki assassin. :(

@Brichards719 that's painful to read but I agree. Xuanzang deserves much better.

Either KnK because i have an NP1 shiki on my NA account whos forever stuck at level 70 because i didn't know what i was doing back then, or gudaguda 4 because i got 4 copies of the CE on my JP account and it annoys me whenever i look at it.

@Brichards719 Journey to the West is nothing if you compare it to Orion's Moonfest event lol. That event was the definition of nightmare. Ofc it was grindfest with shitty drop rates, plus the story itself was relatively short and badly written because DW forgot to tell Nasu that he has to write the event. And because of that, the poor man wrote the entire event story in just one day

On this note, is there a video on YouTube where someone puts up the whole story part of the events? I'd like to be able to watch them as a consolation >_>
