Use more of "Demonic Beast-type Servants". Beast of Taming has class advantage against human-type Servants and weak against demonic Beast-type Servants and Tamamo. Alternatively you can also soloing this fight with OG Tamamo, and probably Enkidu will works. If you want to use team, make sure they are demonic Beast or they can resist damage from her so they didn't die easily. I also recommend to bring debuff cleanser and Immune to stun CC since she usually cast her delayed stun.
