I don't know about Okita assassin but Marie is a really good team unit. Her skills are very good if you use her as a semi-dps or main dps with a stall team. I have been using her since day one. I can guarantee that if you use a decent stall team with her she will become immortal(For example double hans + taunters or hans + support merlin).

Summer Okita is awesome! She is strong and crits and strong and susceptible to stun herself after her NP. Okita must've followed Marie to get help from Marie's NP XD

Marie Antoinette has abysmal NP gain and her damage is sub-par, but that's not what she's made for so that's ok.
