One extra thing you can remember is what team you used last and what node you farmed last.

Aside from that, looks ok. It's what I did when I transfered to a new phone myself.

Just take an extra screenshot of the code. Or if you aren't sure of the previous password(like you can't remember it right) just change the transfer code and write a new now. Don't worry take it easy. Try to calm down. I myself also get scared whenever I use the transfer code.

Wait a minute, you said you use the code from the first time you play? You should use your new, lastest one, not the first one, unless this is your first time (losing virgin :))

Ah, right, one thing to remember: once you transfer, make sure to create a code+password on that device as it doesn't carry over.
