From what I figured out from what I've heard, if you've got lots of currency boosting event CEs, I'd say those new level 90+ quests.

Otherwise, you'd probably be better off bringing all 3 enemy increasing event Craft Essences (Max Limit Broken of course) and play the level 90 Assassin-classed Quest which drops all the event currencies and points.

I remember being able to get about a total of 90+ drop items (event points included) by the end of that level 90 Assassin-classed Quest at one point.
