I think this quest isn't really hard. Their NP damage only deal a really little damage so it's fine, probably.

Summer servants will get an atk boost and with the event damage CEs, it should be manageable? I dunno if you can continue with command spells but I assume you would.

I have said this somewhere before under a post related to the same question: make sure you've done your research and formulated a high % winning plan/team, even be prepare to use CS or SQs. If you're not fully prepared, dont even click into it.
